Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Our preferred resolution is a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or defective items when a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.
